Jacuzzi

Problem:

Shoppers researching high-end spa products were overwhelmed by technical specs and unclear pathways to purchase. 

Solution:

While at Rhythm, I led design for the new Jacuzzi and Sundance Spas web platforms. We focused on streamlining product pages and simplifying decision-making by surfacing relevant specs, comparison content, and local dealer info at the right moment. Prototypes went through multiple iterations to validate balance between rich detail and clean presentation.

Impact:

The final platform supported a significant increase in brochure downloads, lead submissions, and overall session duration. It also helped reposition Jacuzzi digitally to reflect its legacy and innovation.
