Challenge:
Techspace needed a refreshed digital ecosystem that reflected its status as a trailblazer in flexible office environments, while better supporting tenants and prospective clients across locations.
Approach:
Working closely with Rhythm’s internal team, I led UX and UI design efforts across key initiatives:
Building Calendar Interface: Designed and prototyped a dynamic scheduling tool that allowed employees across multiple offices to view and book conference rooms in real time, streamlining coordination and reducing conflicts.
Location Discovery Experience: Reimagined the Locations section with a modular, visual tile layout and intuitive navigation patterns, allowing users to quickly preview and compare different properties.
Impact:
The result was a modern, intuitive experience that aligned with Techspace’s brand, made it easier to explore offerings, and gave internal teams more efficient tools to collaborate.
