Story

Problem:

Edmunds lacked a centralized, personalized dashboard that allowed users to easily revisit saved searches or track offers.


Solution:

I helped shape the Edmunds Insider experience — a logged-in hub where customers could manage vehicles, receive offers, and access video reviews. The homepage dynamically adapted to the user's recent activity and preferences, prioritizing relevance and reducing friction across returning visits.


Impact:

The new experience increased repeat visits and helped users move more confidently through their vehicle buying journey. Personalization became a core element of Edmunds’ logged-in strategy moving forward.
