Problem:
Users had difficulty navigating filters and finding relevant listings, resulting in lower engagement and missed lead opportunities.
Solution:
As part of the Used Car Search team, I collaborated with product and research to elevate critical vehicle data and simplify filter usability. By integrating user research insights and aligning with Edmunds’ evolving design system, we streamlined the search experience across devices and made key decision-making data more accessible.
Impact:
Search traffic grew significantly and lead conversions increased. The work became a foundation for future updates to the used vehicle flow and component library.
